If I can do it you can too!!!!

After 6 weeks, I am posting my first blog. Bet you are wondering why I haven't posted sooner!!! Well, after having dieted and failed numerous times, I wanted to make darn sure I was doing something even I could stick with!!! I have lost approximately 13 pounds in the last 6 weeks. So, if you are looking for fast, this is not it!! Sustainable???? Yes, absolutely!!!! Yes, I would like fast as I am trying to lose at least 60 pounds!!!! To me though, the being able to stick with it is key!!!

How to begin......

My fitness coach says stay within 35 fat grams per day and exercise!!! I am doing an aerobics class 2x per week for now, and hope to add to that!!! If you don't even feel ready for a class, put on some music and move!!! And for your last tip for the day, there is a program out there called my fitness pal. Get it on your phone, computer, iPad...whatever you have!!! You type your foods in and it will give you fat grams, calories, etc...

Please check with your doctor first, I did!!!! You can do this!!! Track your fat grams and add in some music and dance!!!

Hint::: I will be adding tips a couple of times per week.... When I hit a stumbling block, I will let you know, so you don't make the same mistake or mistakes!! Let's do this together!!!
